Communicate precisely and professionally
Nowadays researchers are expected to publish articles in international journals in English and present their research results at international conferences. Alongside the quality of their findings, their ability to communicate professionally, convincingly and precisely within the international academic community is the key to success.
Improve your writing and presentation skills
I offer a range of workshops designed to help scientists, Ph.D. students and researchers improve their English communication skills. I draw on an extensive repertoire of teaching methods and materials, ensuring that the workshops are a worthwhile, rewarding and fun experience for all involved! The contents are always very practical – the English scientists need for their day-to-day working lives.
Flexible workshop duration and contents
I hold the workshops in universities, graduate schools and research institutes. Their duration varies between half a day and five days. The training concepts described in the fact sheets below essentially cover the English-language skill set required by scientists.
I would be happy to develop a customised training concept on demand.
